Job Description

The Responsibilities of the Role:
• Prospects for potential clients (both individual and corporate) to buy the available land properties and houses that company has in her portfolios
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
• Communicate with the clients to identify their properties needs and choice of properties they desire
• Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property investment and convince them to deal on the company’s available properties
• Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
• Oversee arrangements to take the prospective buyers on sites visit to the view of a properties before closing deals
• Act as intermediaries between the company and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
• Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
• Proffer solutions to concerns or clarifying questions that the buyers may have regarding the properties.
• Recommendations and cost & benefits analysis for the buyers on all the available properties to help them make the best choice of return on their investment
• Ensure compliance with the company’s property laws and policies when conducting property deals
• Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the property market in the region where the company operates
• Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
• Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
• Follow up on the clients to make sure their installment payment are received as at when due
• Liaise with the Legal Department to ensure the preparation and approval of documents such as Contract of Sale, Deed of Assignment, etc are ready within agreed period
• Oversee the promotion of properties sales on all advertisement media and all social media channels
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales & marketing activities

Our Ideal Candidate:
• Very smart and well presentable person that has “I can Do It” mentality and strong sales and marketing push
• Bachelor degree, HND or OND in any field
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel around Nigeria and out Nigeria if required.
• Professional written and verbal communication and good interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail
• For the male applicant’s, a ability to Drive with Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage
