Our client is in need of an Assistant Manager, Application Support
The candidate should have knowledge in android application development
The candidate should be good at requirement gathering, technical documentation, troubleshooting and support
The candidate should be able to liaison with the customer and the development teams which may be locally or anywhere across the globe
The candidate should have strong project management skills to work with government and non-government departments for requirements, training, troubleshooting etc….
7+ years experience in Technical Support Role (Applications for the Android platform)
At least 2 years experience developing mobile applications within the Android OS for devices or tablets
Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues as well as replicate and document
Strong familiarity with software configuration management systems and/or source code
Excellent technical knowledge of Java, Android Software Development Kit (SDK) and Android Studio
Knowledge of XML and JSON a must
Experience working in an agile environment
Technical support experience for web applications.
