Common questions

First of all, you need to create an account/register. after registration, you click on manage profile on the dashboard and the upload your CV and click on save changes

Yes, you can unsubscribe to our newsletter. simply log on to your mail and click on any previous solution finders newsletter. at the bottom click the unsubscribe button

No, you cant.  You need to create an account before you can apply for a job

Applications can be rejected by employers if your CV and/or your details don’t meet their specified requirements

You can create an account by visiting http://solutionfindersltd.com/register/. Registration is FREE!

You can reset your password by visisting http://solutionfindersltd.com/forgot-password/. Input the email address you registered with. a new password will be sent to that mail. then you can proceed to change password

CV/Resume can fail to upload due to network issues.
Suggestion: Try switching networks or try again later

You can Delete your account by login in to your dashboard and click on my account. Then click on delete account, a confirmation will pop up(asking if you want to delete account), click on YES.

NOTE: Deleting an account cannot be reversed

 

 

Billing

You are free to cancel reoccurring payments at any time. Just login to your dashboard and click on your package, then click on cancel reoccurring payment

Yes, you can. Simply login to your dashboard and click on manage profile, update your billing address and then click on save change

Candidates

Login to your dashboard, then click on manage profile. Update the required information, then click on save changes

Applications can be stuck on pending if the employer hasn’t reviewed/accepted your profile/CV.

After an application has been successful, you will be contacted by the employer via email or phone or text to schedule a date for an interview.
