Human Resources Administration: • Develops HR reports and providing an analysis of HR information/trends for managers. • Provides staff with direction and training. • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Recruitment and selection: • Attend to all recruitment needs of the company with reference to the job brief • Review Job Descriptions for available positions • Screen CVs of candidates to ensure best selection for interviews • Maintenance of candidates database • Sort resumes of interviewed candidates into the appropriate folders • Track progress of candidate selection process, write reports and ensure closure • Conduct interviews for candidates and record them accordingly Organizational Structure and Development: • Develop and maintain Organizational structure. • Circulate and ensure proper understanding and regards for existing Organizational structure • Design, direct, and manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, key employee retention, organization design • Manage employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys, employee focus groups, one-on-one meetings. • Identify and monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction. • Keep the CEO and the executive team informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of company goals and those that are not being addressed adequately at the line management level. Performance Management: This process is managed with the aim of improving individual performance and company’s bottom line; • Contribute to the development of effective performance management policies and procedures • Develop and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all department and team members. • Conduct performance appraisals for staff quarterly using KPI data as a guide for measuring performance. • Work with Managers to recognize and appropriately remedy poor performance • Evaluate outcome of performance appraisal and submit report • Coach managers on the process of evaluating employees, setting goals, conducting objective performance reviews, and recognizing and awarding performance to improve productivity • Supervise and generate Standard Operating Procedures for department Training and Development: • Provide analysis of skill gaps in the provision of any Crovation Limited initiatives and programs. This includes identifying issues and making recommendations for corporate programmes such as management development, health and safety, customer service, communication skills, recruitment skills. • Draw up training budget; annually, quarterly or monthly • Organize staff training process • Analyze feedback from post training evaluation forms • Send reports on training to management Compensation/Benefit: • Prepare monthly salary pay advise • Prepare/ review monthly salary schedule • Generate and issue monthly pay slip for staff • Get Staff registered for medical and Health Insurance • Oversee payment of Overtime and Outstation allowance for staff • Oversee end of the year leave allowance for staff Background Checks: • Conduct reference checks on new employees in the company • Conduct guarantor checks on key employees in the company • Conduct guarantor checks for suppo
